finalRender Stage- 2 for XSI
For the first time, cebas will present a preview of its new finalRender Stage-2 for XSI exclusively demonstrated at the cebas booth and at the Softimage booth.
finalRender Stage-2 for XSI finally offers the rendering choice and advanced GI technology, the XSI community was asking for. Great care was taken to make sure that the integration of finalRender into XSI feels and behaves exactly like the built in rendering option the user base is used to. Things like Render Passes, NURBS rendering, shading networks and motion blur are well supported by finalRender Stage-2 for XSI. In addition to all of the XSI workflow features, finalRender adds a whole new world of rendering tools to XSI as well. Such long term wishes of the XSI user base like realistic area lights, better motion blur, better Anti Aliasing, fast Global Illumination and advanced materials along with a state of the art Render Elements system are coming soon to XSI!

finalRender Stage-2 R2.0 for CINEMA 4D and Maya
cebas will demonstrate finalRender Stage-2 R2.0 as a preview for Maya, CINEMA 4D and XSI. Many new core features of finalRender will be shown as well as newly developed platform specific features.

Introduces an all new material stacking and shading concept offering unique functionality and features, like no other rendering solution. This revolutionary new shading concept will be a major part of the enhancements for the shipping release of finalRender Stage-2 R2.0. Additionally, all core rendering enhancements done to finalRender Stage-2 will be automatically included in the 2.0 Release as well. Things like the new fast Hybrid Scanline Rendering engine, the enhanced ultra fast 3D Motion Blur and many other enhancements are available for all supported platforms (XSI, Maya, CINEMA4D) at the same time.

With the Release of ThinkingParticles R3.0, the user base dramatically increased and more and more F/X studios are implementing ThinkingParticles as their F/X pipeline standard. In an effort of offering continuous enhancements to their products, cebas will present at this year's SIGGRAPH 2008 the latest Service Pack 2 for ThinkingParticles 3.0.
