)V5B\C/t!e_^ 3、First duplicate the layer before manipulating the Hue and Saturation levels to create an orange layer.Once you've done this, set this layer to Multiply and Opacity to 25%.

z'T 2楼的，看不懂英文没有关系，注意看过程，并不一定要和他一样的步骤，自己能按自己的步骤做出他的效果也是成功的。
